Foster & Associates produced a series of studio portraits of William Pate, new president and CEO of the Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau.

Pate brings more than 25 years of marketing experience to his new role, including leadership positions with Fortune 500 companies such as chief marketing officer for retail markets for BellSouth, and supervising domestic and international advertising and public relations for MCI and Knapp Inc.

Pate also serves on the Board of Directors of the Alliance Theatre Company, The Association of National Advertisers and The Ad Council. He is also a member of the American Advertising Federation, the Georgia State University Board of Trustees and the Public Relations Society of America.
